We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and blind box items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
